"Take a step back!"

Toukokuun 8. on Cornellin yliopistokaupungissa Grateful Dead Day. Syy tähän löytyy 30 vuoden takaa, jolloin yhtye soitti siellä konsertin, jota yleisesti pidetään sen historian parhaimpana.
Seuraava lainaus kertonee vakavuudesta, millä asiaan kuuluu suhtautua:

Is this the best show ever? I dunno -- I probably enjoy listening to 8/27/72 more, and there are other shows that get more play time.
BUT... Every time this goes in the CD player, it is a no-shit religious experience. When you want to know what it is like being in Heaven, cue up the second set. When you want to feel what it is like to be face-to-face with God, dim the lights and really focus on the Morning Dew. This is NOT a show for casual listening or background music!
Voisiko sitä enää tuon paremmin ilmaista. Itse olen pyöräillyt kyseinen konsertti korvalappustereoissa, eikä sitä lähemmäksi Taivasta polkupyörällä pääse.
